How much does Cherub Email cost?
Your first campaign is free. After that, email campaigns cost $5 to $50, SMS campaigns cost $15 to $60, and email + SMS campaigns cost $18 to $75, all based on 5% of tracked revenue. You pay whichever is higher: the minimum or 5% of revenue, but never more than the maximum.
What if my campaign doesn't generate any revenue?
You pay the minimum ($5 for email, $15 for SMS, $18 for email + SMS). Announcements, holiday hours, and non-promotional campaigns always cost just the minimum.
How do you track revenue from campaigns?
We track promo code redemptions through your POS (Square, Clover, Shopify, or Mindbody). When customers use your campaign's promo code at checkout, we see the transaction value. This is why POS connection is required.
